DD Software Solutions ("Deal Direct Real Estate Software") is a real-estate technology service brand. It is not a separate legal entity. DD Software Solutions is operated by Deal Direct, the company behind the brand, and Deal Direct is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
This Privacy Policy explains how Deal Direct handles personal data in connection with the DD Software Solutions website and its contact form. We keep data collection to a minimum: the only personal data you actively give us is what you send through the contact form, alongside the limited technical data any web server processes to serve a page. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising, or third-party trackers.
Although our audience is real estate companies in the United States, Deal Direct is based in Poland, in the European Union, so EU data-protection law applies. This policy is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), known in Poland as RODO.

02What personal data we collect
We collect personal data in two ways: directly, when you fill in and send our contact form, and automatically, through the standard technical logs created when your browser requests a page.
Through the contact form we collect the information you choose to provide:
- Full name
- Company
- Work e-mail address
- Phone number (optional)
- The free-text message describing your inquiry
03Technical and log data
When you visit the site, our web host may process limited technical data needed to deliver pages and keep the service secure — for example your IP address, the time of the request, and your browser's user-agent string. This is standard server-log information. We do not use it to build a profile of you or to identify you beyond what is necessary for delivery and security.
04Why we use your data and our legal bases
We use the contact-form data solely to read, understand, and respond to your inquiry, and to take any pre-contractual steps you ask for. We use technical and log data only to deliver the website and to keep it secure. We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling; your inquiry is read and answered by people at Deal Direct. We rely on the following legal bases under the GDPR/RODO:
- Art. 6(1)(b) — handling your inquiry and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in responding to and managing inquiries, and in keeping the website available and secure.
05How long we keep it
We keep your inquiry only for as long as we need it to handle your request and any related follow-up, plus a reasonable period afterward in case the conversation continues. When the data is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it. Technical server logs are kept only for the limited time our host retains them for delivery and security purposes.
06Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for marketing. The only third party that processes data on our behalf is our web host, acting as a processor under our instructions to deliver the website and to process the technical server logs described above. Your inquiry itself is handled by Deal Direct. Apart from that processor, we do not disclose your data to anyone, except where we are legally required to do so.
07No analytics, trackers, or third-party fonts
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising networks, third-party trackers, social-media embeds, or pixels. The web fonts used on the site are self-hosted — served from our own server — so loading a page does not send a request to Google Fonts or any other third party. As a result, no browsing data is shared with such services. Because nothing non-essential is stored, there is no consent banner.
08International transfers
Operating this website does not involve transferring your personal data to providers in other countries beyond the normal hosting needed to serve the site. Because our fonts are self-hosted and we use no third-party analytics or marketing tools, loading a page does not send your data to additional services abroad.
09Your rights
Under the GDPR/RODO you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Access — to know whether we hold your data and to obtain a copy.
- Rectification — to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.

Our audience is real estate companies across the United States. Depending on the state in which you live, you may also have rights under your state's privacy laws, such as the right to know what personal data we hold, to access or delete it, or to opt out of its sale — noting that we do not sell personal data.
